KFC's 'Fast Casual' Concept; Allrecipes Launching in Print

LOUISVILLE— Down in Kentucky, Eater Louisville brings photographic proof of the upcoming KFC eleven, described as a "fast-casual" concept by the fast-food fried chicken chain. NOW IN PRINT— Formerly online-only Allrecipes.com will soon launch a branded print magazine. Crain's reports that Meredith Corp. — which publishes magazines like Everyday with Rachael Ray and Better Homes & Gardens — has plans to launch Allrecipes, a bi-monthly magazine.
