The Oregonian recently sent a cease-and-desist letter to Portland, OR alt-weekly Willamette Week over the name of their latest diners feature, "Diner 2013." WWeek has since appended the online edition of its piece, writing, "The Oregonian Publishing Company LLC has written to us to complain that [our] guide to Portland diners is likely to cause confusion and represents unfair competition.
