Cronut King Dominique Ansel is doing crazy things to classic desserts again, and this time he's created frozen s'mores. His "torched to order" remakes feature a cold, vanilla ice cream center "swaddled in two layers: A crispy chocolate wafer and then a gooey hybrid of homemade marshmallow and dondurma (a stretchy Turkish ice cream)," and skewered with an applewood-smoked willow branch.
