A Hamburger Today reports that Memphis, TN restaurant Hog & Hominy has debuted the John T. Edge burger, named for the writer and head of the Southern Foodways Alliance who also has namesake Billy Reid shirts. Chefs Michael Hudman and Andrew Ticer were inspired by Edge's suggestion that they create an "Oklahoma-style onion burger." [AHT]
