NEW YORK CITY —Cocktail mastermind Dave Arnold — who also happens to be the founder of the in-progress Museum of Food and Drink — has turned to Kickstarter to raise funds for the project's first exhibit about breakfast cereal, which involves an exploding rice puffing cannon. GREENWICH — Greenwich, Conn.'s third-annual WINE+FOOD Festival, not to be confused with one of Food & Wine's many festivals, is slated for October 3 through 5 at the city's Roger Sherman Baldwin Park.
