Just one year after opening, Jersey City restaurant Thirty Acres has helped put Jersey City on the culinary map. Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Kevin and Alex Pemoulie — Alex is an Eater Young semi-finalist — the restaurant serves a menu of seasonal dishes that borrow inspiration from across the globe. Eater photographer Daniel Krieger went to Jersey City last Thursday to scope out the scene. Here's what he found at 7 p.m.
