Brian Malarkey, former cheftestapant and The Taste judge, is on a tear these days. He's closing down Burlap in Del Mar, CA on June 10 to remodel it as a Searsucker. And over in Texas, Eater Austin has insides of the new Searsucker that "softly opened on May 23 before hotly closing over the weekend due to a kitchen fire."
