Hooray, looks like progress on bleach-haired human firework Guy Fieri's forthcoming Vegas restaurant is making strides, sort of. Earlier this month it was revealed that Fieri was going to open a restaurant inside the Caesars-owned The Quad, but now there is photo evidence.
Eater Vegas reports that the newest Flavortown extension will have "an eclectic mix of food in a real fun environment," which apparently equates to having a late-night menu and a Bloody Mary program for brunch. Also, there will be a "large outdoor patio and dining area" that will presumably have fantastic views of the 550-foot Las Vegas High Roller, otherwise known as the world's tallest observation wheel. Or, in Flavortown lingo, "The world's largest Ferris wheel." The restaurant has a "late Fall" opening date. The Linq, the entertainment complex housing the High Roller, will be open by the end of the year.
