Apparently a perk of being one of Cheesecake Factory's 174 general managers is the brand-new BMW you're given every three years. As a result, most general managers stay in their jobs for "more than 10 years, on average." For interested parties, the company "expects to launch up to 10 new U.S. restaurants" this year.
