Apparently a perk of being one of Cheesecake Factory's 174 general managers is the brand-new BMW you're given every three years. As a result, most general managers stay in their jobs for "more than 10 years, on average." For interested parties, the company "expects to launch up to 10 new U.S. restaurants" this year. In other words: ten more GMs will get ten more BMWs. [WSJ]
