Watch Paul Qui Cook on a Boat for the S. Pellegrino Cooking Cup

Here's a video that features chef Paul Qui cooking his way to victory on a sailboat at this year's S. Pellegrino Cooking Cup in Venice, Italy. Although Qui says "I've never cooked in a boat before and I get seasick," he handles the task with poise, even as vegetables roll off his cutting board and breakables fall off the shelves as the boat rocks. While he might not have cooked on a boat before, Qui has plenty of experience cooking in less than ideal circumstances from competing on and winning Top Chef: Texas (including cooking on a gondola). Qui remains calm through the challenges of cooking in a tiny moving sailboat kitchen, which must have helped him win the competition. Go, watch:
