Noma's Maritime Garden; Frenchie To Go in Paris

COPENHAGEN — René Redzepi's Copenhagen restaurant Noma will be getting a "coastal" garden that will "wrap completely around the restaurant." Quote: "We won't grow any edible items though, it's too complicated with the salty water literally ten steps away." PARIS— Paris by Mouth gets a look at the new 15-seat Frenchie to Go, the latest outpost from Frenchie chef Gregory Marchand. On deck are things like "excellent Reubens, flavorful fish and chips, sweet treats like cheesecake and doughnuts, housemade ginger beer, pickles & maple smoked bacon, and one of the best beer lists we've seen in Paris." DENVER— Today, a location of Elway's opened its doors at the Denver International Airport in Concourse B. Named for NFL Hall of Fame Inductee, Denver Broncos Executive Vice President of Football Operations and former quarterback John Elway, it promises to serve Colorado-centric dishes daily.
