Kevin Gillespie to Open Gunshow Tonight in Atlanta

Former Top Cheftestapant Kevin Gillespie is opening his long-awaited new restaurant Gunshow tonight in Atlanta's Glenwood Park neighborhood. Eater Atlanta reports that Gunshow is open for dinner only, and reservations are currently available. The menu will be an ever evolving offering of local food, wine, and beer. No cocktails will be served.

In an interview with Eater Atlanta, Gillespie says his goal with Gunshow is "to have an opportunity to make that food for a group of people that was more varied and make it in a space that more people could feel comfortable in." To that end, the firm ai3 has designed a radically open kitchen and Gillespie has done away with the traditional ordering process.
