The Globe and Mail spoke with Joe Beef chef Frédéric Morin about the recent study that suggested food from celebrity chefs' cookbooks might be a "public health concern" because it is so unhealthy. Morin says processed food should be more of a concern, and that customers know the restaurant's food is for special occasions: "I have customers telling me that they skipped lunch so that they could enjoy a dinner here – it's a treat."
