Jared Sippel, the current chef de cuisine at Frasca Food and Wine in Denver, is headed to Brooklyn Fare in NYC, to work at the upcoming Manhattan location of the three-Michelin star Brooklyn Fare. Sippel had previously worked at the two Michelin starred l'Oustau de Baumanière near Avignon, France, and at Quince in San Francisco. [Eater Denver]
