Here's Flour, Too: Indispensable Recipes For the Cafe's Most Loved Sweets & Savories, the second cookbook from much-loved Boston chef/baker Joanne Chang. Much like Chang's first book, Flour, Too includes recipes taken from the cafes; this time around, though, it includes savory dishes as well as photography from Michael Harlan Turkell. Everything from breakfast pizzas to "best ever" beef stews to scallion pancakes to fried chicken to thick and cheesy vegetarian lasagnas are in here; the recipes are a little bit like Ina Garten-meets-actual-working-restaurant. Flour, Too comes out June 4 from Chronicle (pre-order on Amazon); below, a peek inside.
