Austin chef Tyson Cole is slowly taking over the Lone Star State. Eater Dallas reports that Uchi Dallas is definitely happening; they've got an address and everything now. It will "meld the best offerings of the first Uchi and Cole's second Austin concept, Uchiko, much like Uchi Houston which opened February 2012." [Eater Dallas]
