New York, NY (May 30, 2013) – For the second year in a row, FOOD & WINE has named the Best New Pastry Chefs in America sponsored by GODIVA. After traveling to taste hundreds of desserts across the country, the editors at FOOD & WINE have determined the five most exciting up-and-coming talents in America's restaurant pastry kitchens.
"We're thrilled to bring five such exceptional people to the national spotlight. These pastry chefs are making delicious, hyper-creative desserts, inventing flavor combinations like banana-brioche ice cream and miso-soy caramel," says FOOD & WINE editor in chief Dana Cowin.
