yardbird-midnight-chefs-table.jpgThe Wall Street Journal takes a look at how restaurants are adapting to a younger generation. Citing things like the midnight chef's table at Miami's Yardbird or "cowboy steak" dinners at New York's Arlington Club, the piece notes, "diners not only are very demanding about the food, they want to know the story behind what's on a plate and are lured by rarefied experiences. Often they want something seemingly elusive to brag about on Twitter and Instagram." [WSJ]
