Chef Thomas Keller's three-star restaurant The French Laundry has unveiled its spirits program. There are no cocktails, just around 60 bottles by the glass. It includes a 57-year-old Macallan Scotch served in a Lalique crystal glass (at $1,950 for a single drink). And yes there's Pappy. Said beverage director Dennis Kelly: "The program is created around the idea of after-dinner drinks, and especially to enjoy with cigars. It's pretty unique these days to be able to buy a cigar and have a place to smoke one." [ISSF]
