Bloomberg critic Ryan Sutton introduces a new feature over at the Price Hike: "A La Carte Arithmetic" It' s a feature "that aims to estimate the REAL COST, after tax of tip," of a la carte dinner at noteworthy restaurants (no tasting menus or prix-fixe). Also: "The only big assumption we're making is that you and your dining companion aren't ordering the same things, and quite frankly if you are, you shouldn't be eating out in a respectable restaurant."
