More big things are headed to London: Peruvian chefs Gastón Acurio and Virgilio Martínez have announced plans to open a new restaurant there later this year. The chefs — both of whom have restaurants that made the World's 50 Best list this year — intend to use the unnamed project as a vehicle to promote modern Peruvian food and "up-and-coming" chefs from their home country.
