May seems to be a busy month for Daniel Boulud. After announcing plans last week to open a DBGB Kitchen & Bar in Vegas, the three-star Michelin chef and celebrity chefperson appears to have his sights on our nation's capitol. According to the Wall Street Journal, he will be bringing a restaurant concept to Washington DC's soon-to-come CityCenterDC. But this might not be true? Boulud's camp tells Eater DC that everything is still up in the air: "While we are in negotiations to open a restaurant in the CityCenter, a deal has not yet been signed." No word either on whether the concept would be similar to/same as Boulud's past restaurants.
