Today Dutch businessman Willy Selten, whose meat-processing and wholesale company is currently being investigated for "undeclared mixing of horse meat with beef," was arrested today on suspicion of fraud. Reports the AP: "The company allegedly bought 300 tons of horse meat... and sold it on as beef, prosecutors said in a statement." [AP]
