SEATTLE — Legendary Seattle restaurant Canlis has changed their menu, sort of, kind of. Owner Mark Canlis told Eater Seattle, "I literally think of it as a change in price." [Eater Seattle]
LOS ANGELES — The finalist for the annual AIA/LA, or the Los Angeles chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Restaurant Design Awards have been announced. Finalists include Eveleigh, Superba Snack Bar, Belcampo Meat Co., and more. [Eater LA]
