Hong Kong Bus driver Lau Chit, 57, will not be prosecuted for the deaths of senior chefs Jorge Herrera and Carl Lindgren of Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck. Chit fainted at the wheel last year and crashed his bus into a taxi, killing the two chefs and their driver.
