The Telegraph reports that British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's restaurant chain Jamie's Italian has been fined £8,000 (about $12,000) for serving wheat pasta to a terminally ill woman who informed the restaurant she had celiac disease during a 2011 visit. According to The Sun, it "left her vomiting for days and weak for months. Her condition meant she was temporarily removed from the transplant waiting list." [Telegraph, The Sun via GSNY]
