Possible Rent Hike for Four Seasons; Yelp Gets Defensive

NEW YORK CITY — NYC dining institution The Four Seasons might be facing a major rent increase when their lease in the Seagrams Building ends in late 2016. The owners of the building estimate the value of the space to $125 per square foot, while the Four Seasons currently pays less than $20 per square foot. [Eater NY]
