Jon Favreau's upcoming movie Chef is starting to amass quite the cast: according to Variety, Scarlett Johansson has joined the quickly expanding ensemble. Robert Downey Jr., Sofia Vergara, John Leguizamo and Bobby Cannavale are already on board, and Favreau will write/direct/star. Again, this is not the same film as the upcoming Bradley Cooper project, also called Chef
The movie apparently revolves around Favreau's character, a chef named Carl Casper who gets fired and opens a food truck. Johansson will play a restaurant manager (presumably at the job he gets fired from?) and "sometimes love interest" named Molly. Filming starts July 8 in Los Angeles; if you happen to snap photos of production and especially that food truck, you know what to do.
