The New York Times reports that two new NYC coffee shops will have a focus on brewed coffee. Stumptown Coffee Roasters will open their second NYC cafe this week where customers can choose from brewing methods like Chemex and AeroPress. Next week Intellegentsia Coffee will open its first NYC location where baristas will select which coffees and brewing methods to serve every morning. [NYT]
