Eater San Diego caught up with Richard Blais, Atlanta restaurateur and Top Chef: All Stars winner, on the heels of his announcement of a new San Diego restaurant in the works. Quote: "I'll be spending a lot of time in San Diego and the Southern California area." Rumors of Blais heading to Los Angeles date back to at least 2009.
