Actress and cookbook author Gwyneth Paltrow apparently wants to probably maybe get into the restaurant business with a pop-up in London. A wire service is quoting her (it seems to be from a story in the June issue of Glamour UK that is not online yet?) as saying: "I would make a Californian pop-up restaurant in London with all the healthy salads from the book and tuna burgers, salmon burgers and tacos." Which is not exactly "Gwyneth Paltrow Wants to Open Her Own Restaurant" but more like "If Gwyneth Paltrow Were to Open a Restaurant What Would it Be Like?"

But of course she'd use recipes from her two cookbooks It's All Good and My Father's Daughter. Maybe her pop-up restaurant will be called My It's All Father's Good Daughter and it will serve lofty macrobiotic food-like things while you get lectured and it will cost £1,000 per person alongside $130 margaritas.

It was rumored last August that Paltrow was planning on opening a restaurant in Los Angeles with chef Mario Batali. One can only dream of a mulinational Gwyneth Paltrow restaurant empire.
