Oh boy, great news: Andy Ricker's noodle house Sen Yai is just about a week away from opening in Portland, OR, and it is a total stunner. Eater PDX has got a look inside Sen Yai today, right on the heels of its coronation as one of the 35 most anticipated restaurant openings of the season. The restaurant, which will serve three meals a day, is split into two dining rooms and a large patio. There's a soup noodle station in the front dining room, framed posters of a Bangkok night market, a sign for a boxing studio in Northern Thailand, and a potential breakfast nook decorated with Northern Thai flags "emblematic of the path to nirvana."

Per Eater PDX, Sen Yai opens late next week as just the latest addition to the bicoastal Pok Pok chef's formidable restaurant empire. Get excited.
