Watch Roy Choi and Christina Tosi Say 'Aloha' to Hawaii

Here's the last of Lucky Peach's three videos showing Los Angeles chef Roy Choi and New York chef Christina Tosi on a trip to Hawaii. Tosi took the lead on parts one and two, which explored the fine arts of shave ice and malasadas. This time around, it's Choi's turn to take the lead by explaining the concept of aloha and how it applies to food: "It's not about that the food is the most delicious. It's about more than the food.
