New York Post restaurant critic Steve Cuozzo has had it with New York restaurants, and today he files a list of ten grievances. Included: bone marrow ("guarantees instantaneous drooling by food writers wildly out of touch"), Gordon Ramsay ("Do us a favor, Gordo: Attend to the lawsuits"), and penny-pinching soundtracks ("Can any restaurant which substitutes cheap covers on its soundtrack for doo-wop 'classics' be trusted serving raw fish?"). Also on his list: cauliflower "steak." [NYP]
