Over the weekend, the manager of Roots Bistro in Houston, Texas posted a sign outside their restaurant that read, "Beer Should Be Like Violence: Domestic." Eater Houston talked to the chef Chandler Rothbard yesterday. He explained that he had nothing to do with the decision to display the message on the sign, and that he was "speechless" when he saw it on Saturday afternoon.
