Here's Guardian critic Marina O'Loughlin's review of Ametsa with Arzak Instruction in London, the new Basque-inspired restaurant at the Halkin Hotel from Juan Mari Arzak and Elena Arzak. She calls the food "weirdly forgettable" and the service "relaxed as a fist." Quote: "[F]or someone who has ploughed their entire life into a restaurant kitchen without the Lamborghinis to show for it, the temptation to take the 'consultancy' dollar must be a mighty strong one." She'd "rather spend the money on a flight to San Sebastian." [Guardian]
