Take a deep breath of relief: a billionaire has been awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages after he bought what turned out to be counterfeit wine at auction. A Manhattan jury awarded William Koch $380,000 in damages for the 24 bottles of fake vintage Bordeaux. Koch told reporters he's planning to continue going after counterfeiters, saying, "We're moving down our hit list of fakers. This is just a start." [AP]
