Chef José Andrés is the culinary advisor to the NBC series Hannibal, and the New York Post shares some more details about the food in the show: "The master manipulator Lecter charms the cops with — what else? — elegant cuisine and fine wines... The catch: they're parts from his victims." NBC also plans to post recipes from Andrés online "using cuts of meat more readily available at your local supermarket." [NYP]
