UK Cafe's Menu Only Decipherable by Coffee Nerds

Behold this menu from an unidentified coffeeshop in East London which appears to be some sort of litmus test for true coffee nerdom. As posted by Flowing Data, the chart breaks down drinks by the ingredients: the amount of coffee, water, milk, air, chocolate or tea in each. Presumably they're all somewhat standard coffee drinks; can you figure them out by simply glancing at the components? Below, the full image, and all the imaginary coffee geek points in the world go to the commenter who can name all the drinks and the coffeeshop this menu came from.
