News broke last month that Atlantic City's newest (and restaurant-laden) resort Revel was planning to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, and now the Inquirer reports that this is expected to officially happen on Monday. Business will run as usual, but "the financial restructuring appears to clear the way for a series of practical changes, including addition of a smoking area, a beach bar, and more reasonably priced restaurants, among other things, by Memorial Day weekend."
