SBE Is Building a Second SLS in Miami With José Andrés and Michael Schwartz

It's boom times for sbe Entertainment's SLS Hotel brand, as they've just announced details on a new hotel in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. The news comes right after plans for hotels in both Las Vegas and Seattle were announced. According to the Miami Herald, all food and beverage at the $300 million SLS Brickell will be overseen by the one and only José Andrés (who does the food at several other SLS Hotels), and will included a project from chef Michael Schwartz of Michael's Genuine and the upcoming Cypress Room. Design will be done by Philippe Starck, who also designed the nearby SLS South Beach. SLS Brickell is slated to open in 2015.
