F&W Announces 2013 People's Best New Chef Nominees

Congratulations America, voting in the 2013 edition of Food & Wine's online popularity contest The People's Best New Chef® begins today. There are ten nominees from ten regions, and the internet masses have from now until March 18 to vote their favorite chefs to the top of the heap. Previous winners include Tim Byres and Jamie Bissonnette.

This is basically a long list for Food & Wine's vaunted Best New Chef award. If you look back at the 2012 list of Food & Wine's People's Best New Chef nominees, a whopping nine out of ten of the 2012 Best New Chef winners were on the People's list. Here are the nominees:
