Le Bec Fin is going through yet another significant change since reopening last summer under new ownership: both executive chef Walter Abrams and executive pastry chef Jennifer Smith are OUT at the Philadelphia restaurant. The management team sends Foobooz a statement merely explaining that it "has decided to make a change" and wishes the (engaged) couple well. Rumor has it that a sous chef is moving up to take Abrams' spot. [Foobooz]
