Watch José Andrés Teach an NBA Player Basic Knife Skills

Members of the Washington Wizards basketball team spent the afternoon yesterday prepping meals at the DC Central Kitchen non-profit. But not all of these NBA players are particularly adept in the kitchen, as evidenced by this Washington Post video in which small forward Martell Webster hacks at some vegetables pretty recklessly. Fortunately, chef José Andrés was on the scene (he's chair emeritus of the organization) to teach Webster how to not chop his fingers off. People of America, this is how you do it:
