Tasty N Alder, the second location of Portland chef John Gorham's brunch paradise, is now open. The 60-seat restaurant serves up some dishes from Gorham's original Tasty N Sons location, as well as some new dishes like Korean fried chicken, a take on bibimbop, and a brunchy schnitzel. Also: boozy milkshakes inspired by Grasshoppers and Brandy Alexanders are available. Gorham will launch a "steakhouse-inspired" dinner menu later this month. He's also coming out with a cookbook this year and is actively avoiding Eater's Hottest Chef competition.
