Roca Brothers Open Two New Concepts in Barcelona

The Roca brothers — Joan, Jordi, and Josep — who run the three-Michelin-star El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain, have opened two new projects for the Omm Hotel in Barcelona. Together, they're called Roca BCN. The first venture is a serious revamp of the one-Michelin-star Moo restaurant the Rocas have managed in that same hotel for over a decade. It's now called Roca Moo, and it boasts a Euro-sleek dining room with counter seating and three new menus. The brothers have also taken over the bar downstairs, where they're serving "street food" and more casual share plates. The unveiling of this project comes just weeks after the news that the brothers are working on an ambitious new book on their flagship restaurant. See below for a video on Roca BCN:
