The hypnotic footage shows non-stop movement — from counter to counter, making drinks, engaging customers — and includes his many tips on how to be a good barista. Among them is "Use your excess chocolate milk. Leftover foamed milk can be used for hot chocolate and mochaccino. If you throw away milk, you're doing it wrong."
