Here's a fourteen-minute POV video of a barista at Toronto's Casa Acoreana working at his demanding job. He goes by the nickname "Candy Man" and he appears to be really into the gig. The hypnotic footage shows non-stop movement — from counter to counter, making drinks, engaging customers — and includes his many tips on how to be a good barista. Among them is "Use your excess chocolate milk. Leftover foamed milk can be used for hot chocolate and mochaccino. If you throw away milk, you're doing it wrong." Also: "Anyone ordering a red eye either just finished or is about to begin a very long day. Be nice to your Red Eye customers." To the video:
