Charleston City Paper critic Robert Moss files a rave of FIG chef Mike Lata's new project The Ordinary. Moss describes how the concept of The Ordinary, an oyster bar, sounded like it wasn't going to be exciting, but he is wowed by the food and the energy of the space.
