The world's largest Nobu restaurant opens tonight in Las Vegas, at the Nobu Tower hotel in Caesars Palace. Clocking in at 12,775 square feet, the restaurant features a sushi bar, exclusive private dining area and chef Nobu Matsuhisa's first-ever teppanyaki tables. Nobu Tower is the chef's first ever boutique hotel; investor Robert De Niro said when the project was announced, "We opened more and more restaurants, and they did well, and I started seeing they were being opened in hotels... and I asked, why don't we open our own hotel?" And look: now they have.
