San Francisco's 18-year-old restaurant Betelnut is getting a total overhaul, and will be reborn next week as Hutong. While chef Alexander Ong is sticking around, the menu will now be comprised of Chinese, Malaysian, and Vietnamese street food-inspired small plates and tiki cocktails. [Eater SF]
